Accommodation at very diverse tariffs is available in Jaipur. The accommodation in the guest houses is very limited, and hence we had to organise bookings in hotels. The symposium organisation will provide daily transport between The LNMIIT and the following places of stay:

1. Hotel Ramada (http://www.ramadajaipur.com)
Single Occupancy Rs.3800/-CPAI per Deluxe Single Occupancy Room per Night.
Double Occupancy Rs.4200/-CPAI per Deluxe Double Occupancy Room per Night.
Triple Occupancy Rs.5000/-CPAI per Deluxe Triple Occupancy Room per Night.

Kindly book your accommodation directly with the hotel. Please write to Mr. Ajay Singh Bhadouria at sales@ramadajaipur.com with the subject line "Booking for HEPS at LNMIIT".

The above rate is inclusive of the followings: Buffet Breakfast for staying guest from 07:30 Hrs till 10:30 Hrs, Tea / Coffee maker is in the room itself, 02 Bottles of mineral water complementary per room day, Unlimited Bottles of RO drinking water, cardiovascular health club facilities.

One way commute between Hotel Ramada and The LNMIIT is ~30 minutes.


2. Hotel Arya Niwas (http://www.aryaniwas.com)
Double Occupancy Rs. 1700/- per air-conditioned deluxe room per night, inclusive of taxes.
Triple Occupancy Rs. 1900/- per air-conditioned deluxe room per night, inclusive of taxes.

3.Hotel Jai Niwas (http://www.jainiwas.com)

For both 2 and 3, kindly book your accommodation directly with the hotel. Write to reservation@aryaniwas.com with the subject line "Booking for HEPS at LNMIIT". Both 2 and 3 have other kinds of accommodation also. They should give a 10% discount on the prices listed on their website.

One way commute between Hotel Arya Niwas or Hotel Jai Niwas and The LNMIIT is ~50 minutes.

We encourage the delegates to book at one of the above on or before 8th November. The decisions on the abstracts will be notified before this deadline.

Triple Occupancy Rs. 1900/- per room per night, inclusive of taxes and breakfast.

We are still negotiating with some hotels closer to the campus (within ~30 minutes commuting time). Twin sharing accommodation may be available at:
Category A Hotels Rs. 1000/- per person per night
Category B Hotels Rs. 500/- per person per night
University Guest House Rs. 300/- per person per night
LNMIIT Guest House Rs. 300/- per person per night
LNMIIT student hostels Rs. 150/- per person per night

If you want us to book accommodation for you at one of the above 5, we request you to send the duly filled accommodation form EITHER FILLED ONLINE OR MANUALLY, accompanied with an advance payment of Rs. 2500/- (Rs. 1000/- for Ph.D. students) towards accommodation booking. All cancellations will entail a certain deduction, the minimum being one night's tariff.

Please do not limit your choice to guest house accommodation. At least one of the choices should be Cat. A, Cat. B hotels or LNMIIT student hostel.

The payment can be made in two ways

  1. Transfer the money to the symposium account and send a mail to heps2010@gmail.com stating the details, along with the accommodation request form, on or before Nov. 15, 2010.
    2. Please mention the NEFT number OR the GRPT number, as the case may be, of the transaction when you communicate to us about the transfer. This is necessary for us to identify the remitter's details
  2. Send the form with the Demand Draft (payable at Jaipur) by postal mail on or before Nov. 8, 2010.

The LNMIIT is away from the city centre. Add to this that the deadline for early registration coincides with the period of the festival of Diwali. Postal delays are expected.
